Meet Dr. Kaur

Dr. Harleen Kaur - Hudson Oral Surgery Dr. Kaur initially graduated with a masters degree in healthcare finance and policy from NYU Wagner school of Public Service. She worked on Wall Street and decided to change career paths when she realized she preferred direct patient care over formulating policy initiatives for widening healthcare access. She completed her dental education at New York University College of Dentistry. During dental school, she was awarded research scholarships to perform research on substance abuse and addiction to pain medication. She was also heavily involved with oral cancer research at the dental school which prompted her to pursue a career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Kaur then went on to complete her training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, PA. She has extensive training in implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting, wisdom teeth removal, exposure and bonding of impacted teeth, Maxillofacial pathology, treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders as well as repair of complex facial injuries. She is proficient in providing Intravenous sedation so that your treatment can be completed in the most comfortable manner.
